Anna Lawson presented a plenary address at the 11th Conference of the Nordic Network on Disability Research (NNDR) in Reykjavic (Iceland). Jill Edwards and Sarah Woodin also presented papers to the conference.

Members of CDS were amongst those who joined with thousands of disabled people and their allies for a major demonstration in London in response to concerns over austerity cuts to benefits and services.
