Conference Fees

The standard/concessionary rate fees include attendance at all in person events, refreshments and access to the conference website.

The virtual conference fee provides access to the conference website, to pre-recorded presentations and material, access to the plenary sessions (live and on the conference app) and to the networking facilities on the conference website.

The concessionary rate is for students, unwaged, those without institutional/employer funding, and participants travelling from lower-income countries (countries that appear in the ‘least developed’, ‘low income’ and ‘lower middle income’ lists on the OECD website).

The early bird rate is available until 30^th January 2025. Bookings will close on 23rd March (earlier if the conference reaches capacity).

Bursaries

A limited number of reduced rate bursary places are available for those without access to institutional funding or travelling from lower-income countries.

Accommodation

Unfortunately we are not able to offer accommodation on the university campus this conference. It is possible a small number of rooms will be available in Storm Jameson Court but this will not be confirmed by the University Conference Office until much nearer the time. The University has access to the following discount codes for hotels in the city:

Terms and conditions

Notifications of cancellations sent by email to [email protected]  by 12th March will receive a refund, minus a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations received after 12th March will not be eligible for a refund.
