Disability Studies Conference (2024)

We are delighted to announce that the Centre for Disability Studies is launching a new biennial Disability Studies Conference that creates a space where researchers, practitioners, policy makers and activists from around the world to share and debate ideas, research and challenges in and for Disability Studies.

The next Disability Studies conference will take place from 3rd to 5th September 2024 on the University of Leeds campus.

There is a remote attendance option where the conference app can be used to watch recorded presentations, uploaded material from presenters and other contributors and the opportunity to network and connect with other participants within in the app.

The call for papers is now open.
