Venue
The conference is taking place in the Esther Simpson and Newyln Building on the Leeds University campus. Lunch is available in the Refectory in the Student's Union. The drinks reception on Wednesday evening is in Parkinson Court. University accommodation is in the Storm Jameson Building.

Keynote sessions
Global RealTime Captioning will be providing live verbatim human-generated captioning/Speech-to-Text support for the keynote sessions. The keynote sessions will also be recorded and available on the conference app shortly after the conference.
Parking on campus
During core hours (7am-5pm) only permit holders and pre-booked visitors are permitted to park on campus in the orange zone (on a first come first served basis). Please contact cdsconference@leeds.ac.uk to arrange a pre-booked place. Parking is charged at £7 per day and you will need to provide your vehicle registration details as there is an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system operating. Blue badge parking in the orange zone must also be booked as a code is provided to validate the access before departure.
There are blue badge parking bays outside Esther Simpson (3) and Newlyn (2), as well as other blue badge parking across campus (see map) There is no charge for blue badge parking on the Leeds University controlled space for this conference. Please note the roads around the conference venue are public highways with some restrictions for permit holders and are monitored by Leeds City Council.
