Conference rooms

Seminar rooms have a capacity of 36 unless otherwise noted. All rooms have a fixed and lapel (roving) microphones. Newlyn SRLG.01 only has a fixed microphone. To guarantee voice re-enforcement in the room the guidance is to use the lapel microphone worn as a lanyard or tie-clip.

Esther Simpson Building

Esther Simpton Lecture Theatre (LG.08) Keynote talks. Tiered lecture theatre nb. There is wheelchair access at the front of the lecture theatre (level access from rear entrance to the building, lift from the main entrance) and at the back (level access on first floor).

Esther Simpson Cafe is on the ground floor to the right of the main entrance. The cafe will be open throughout the conference and conference refreshments will be served here.

Clarendon Building

Lunch on Wednesday, Refreshments on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday: SR 1.06

Seminar rooms:  1.01, 1.02, 1.03 (all 50 capacity)

Refectory

Half of the refectory (the back section if you come from the main entrance) is reserved for the conference. There will be normal service open to the public in the front half. Please wear your conference badge to gain entry.
